Potato dumplings with sheep cheese

Ingredients:

- 6-7 medium big potatoes

- 300 g flour--- semi course

- 1 tblsp salt - 1-2 eggs

- Half cup of oil

- 400 g of sheep cheese

- 400 g of bacon

- 1 cup of sour cream


Sheep cheese—alternative

- 150-200 g Feta cheese------or salted, grated cheese

- 250 g of butter

- 1 or 2 cups of sour cream


Cooking utensils:

- Big slotted spoon or smaller siever to take out dumplings

- Siever with bigger holes and smalll , thin shoulder blender for pushing dumplings into the hot salted water. / If you don´t have siever with bigger holes ----bring cutting board and 1 big knife./

- Grater for potatoes

- Some plates, spoons

- One pot for salted hot water to boill dumplings

- One small sauscepan for bacon.
